David Paul, J.D.- Board President
David is a civil rights attorney in private practice in Portland, Oregon. He is former Vice President of Northwest Environmental Defense Center (1993-1998) and a former member of Executive Committee of State Bar Civil Rights and Environmental Sections. David's work was honored in 1997 with the Public Justice Award from the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He has been on our board since 1997.

Sara Perrin - Secretary
Sara is a Portland-based marketing executive who has served as the Vice President of Marketing for Dark Horse Comics and the Creative Services Director for the Portland Trail Blazers and Seattle Seahawks. She is a former board member of the Oregon Environmental Council and has been an OCEH board member since 1997.

Jane Harris
Former Associate Director of the Oregon Environmental Council and Director of Development for Friends of the Columbia Gorge, Jane is a non-profit manager with over 20 years of experience in Oregon and California. She founded the Oregon Center for Environmental Health in 1996. |

Vinh Mason
Vinh is a Chemical Engineer and has worked at Portland General Electric as a Environmental Specialist and for CH2M Hill, Inc. as an Air Quality and Process Safety Engineer. He has taught Environmental Science at Portland Community College, and currently works as a Policy Analyst for the Portland Office of Sustainable Development.

Linda A George, Ph.D
Linda is an Associate Professor in the Environmental Sciences and Management Program at Portland State University. Her current research focus is to investigate neighborhood level exposures of air pollutants. Learn more about Linda's work on her website.

Erin Miller
Erin is an Environmental Scientist who consults for private, governmental, and non-profit clients. Her work includes land quality and water-related assessments, environmental audits, and hazardous materials surveys. She has worked as an organizer for Oregon Sierra Club, and as a Nature Instructor at the Desert Museum in southern California.

Sandy Duffy, J.D.
Sandy practiced business litigation in private practice for several years before becoming a municipal lawyer for local governments. She has been employed in the County Attorney’s Office of Multnomah County, Oregon for the past 22 years, and has had a wide range of municipal law experience including litigation in state and federal courts as well as administrative forums.

Mari Anne Gest- Executive Director
Mari Anne is a native Oregonian that has over 23 years of non-profit management, policy work and political campaign organizing experience. She is the former Executive Director of the Tillamook Rainforest Coalition, lobbyist for the Wild Salmon Center and was most recently a political organizer for the AFL-CIO. Jason Tobin - Program Coordinator Jason holds a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in Environmental Studies. He comes to the Center with a background in forestry, environmental education and recycling program management.
